As a new company, it was essential for us to have a clear view of the market and its financial stakes. Furthermore, we want to put transparency at the heart of our project. That is why we share with you our business plan and its financial hypothesis.

Empowering citizens by delivering them a superior knowledge on what they can act in their own small way to protect the environment

Delivering pedagogical information about global warming with a specific focus on local consequences: pollution, cancers, low quality of life, etc…

Creating a platform connecting individuals and associations. Matching associations needs with voluntaries thanks to our data base.

Organizing specific actions dedicated to the AcTogether community. Every action will do its best to maximize its value for social insertion and environmental progress.

Creating an economic network based on our money (the SEEDS). As a local currency, each local company using the SEEDS will be selected upon social and environmental criterias. Citizens spending some time acting for our partnered associations will be granted with our money, the SEEDS.

AcTogether© is designed to become a social inclusive interface for both engaged citizens and any economic agent looking for ecological and social progress:

Citizens will join their forces to make our idea becoming possible. By empowering every individual, we will act for the common good. We expect citizens to be involved and add their ideas, time and energy into our project.

Associations (loi 1901): AcTogether© is somehow a « marketplace » for social and ecological associations. We aim to help associations to feed their project with faithful citizens who will learn about associations through AcTogether©. We also expect from associations to regularly promote their engaged project on our platform.

Mairie de Paris: It will introduce us to the local associative scene. The Mairie de Paris and more generally public powers may consider us as a « project d’utilité public », offering us a better access to public actors and fiscal reductions.

Companies: We will promote added value companies to our members and the creation of a network of companies, approved by AcTogether©. Our new money, the SEEDS, could be used as a transaction way within this network. Our goal is members of AcTogether© would be able to shop and buy all what they need, by only using SEEDS. Companies members of this network will also be recognized as engaged for the common good, giving them a powerful image for the public view.

Main KOL (Key Opinion leaders): Medias, young internet influencers, main personalities of our cause, etc…, who would be aggree to spread our message and promote our platform and app to the public scene.

Our team: We believe in humans and knowledge as key resources. Our team, made of the 9 founders, will deeply be involved into the activity.

Our digital identity: Hosting our website & mobile application.

Our premises: A small office, including a large meeting room for our members.

Financial ressources: funds raised throught Private equity As our activity will not immediately be profitable, we will have to go through a fund rising process. We hope to reach subscribers sensitive to Impact Investing. Our investors are expected not only to focus on financial aspect, but also on social and environmental value creation.

Innovative contents, that must all be well targeted and useful. Members will judge AcTogether© by the number/quality of events proposed.

Demands will be regulated by the distribution of SEEDS. The harder a mission is, the more SEEDS the user receives.

Members are expected to involve themselves with us to make our planet great again. We hope our members will follow in their daily life the good practices we share in order to help the planet.

Involving members by actions: the more people talk about what we do, the more members we will have. Promotions on medias, both through KOL and advertising.

Once people register with us, the SEEDS system will encourage members to stay with us. We will ensure that the AcTogether© community is efficient for everyone by regular meeting with both our partners and our members. We are inclusive and fully committed to our members and our goals.

Indirect Channel: a digital approach (by creating an efficient website platform and mobile application)

Physical channel: link between digital and real life. The AcTogether© digital platform has to be a window on the planet, its changes and its social community & aim to bring our members to participate to events and projects which make sense for the planet. In-App Advertising: sale of advertising space in the form of images or videos to advertisers

Sponsoring: Sponsorship entails partnering with advertisers, who provide users with rewards for completing certain in-app actions. In this model, brands and agencies pay to be part of an incentive system. App earns money by taking a share of the revenue from redeemed rewards.
