We aim at stopping the indecent amount of waste produced in the fashion industry. With us, fast fashion brands get rid of their remaining stocks and people with low revenues can buy clothes at affordable prices. All of this, without arming the environment.
We want to find a way to stop the destruction of unsold clothing, and thus, the waste of energy and clothes associated with it. We want to create a partnership with fashion brands to help them get rid of their remaining stocks without destroying them. We want to enable people to dress at lower prices without harming the environment.
In April 2018, the French government has issued a new roadmap on circular economy about clothing wastage notably. The idea is to reproduce the 2016 law on food wastage that forces supermarket and hypermarket of more than 400 square meters to give their unsold products to charities. Soon, fashion brands won’t be able to destroy their clothes anymore. It will be illegal. We therefore want to help them find a new channel to get rid of their remaining stocks. We are aware, that fashion brands might be against donating their clothes because they don’t want to affect their image. Therefore we offer a space between: they won’t give their clothes, they will keep selling them but at even lower prices than in period of sales & promotions and they will avoid clothes destruction.
2 times a year, after each period of sales (winter & summer), brands will update on our platform the stocks that were unsold, and consumers that have an account will be able to order and pay any products of their choice on our mobile application. At the end of each period of order, people will be able to pick-up their item in a specific place, during a time slot of 2 weeks. There is no at-home deliveries.
Our scope of intervention is the region Île de France as a start. We have chosen it as we are all living in Paris or the parisian suburbs and, a lot of warehouses are located in the region. It will therefore be easier to implement our project. We plan to expand in the future, if the project is successful.

We want to make people in need benefit from our project, therefore we need charity to talk about our project and spread the word. Organizations that believe in our project and wish to participate could for instance, help us by lending their premises during the pick-up period.
At the end of each order period, we will need to collect the sold clothing that are in the brands’ warehouses, to organize the pick-up period where our customers will be able to come and pick-up their new clothing in a specific place.
