Reinvent tourism in Paris

Our project is to create and build the first Parisian capsule hotel situated insisde the French capital. We believe that this type of infrastructure has the ability to reconcile tourism and local life by condensing touristic housing. We want to relieve the pressure on the Parisian real estate market that has increased with the emergence of sharing economy platforms - such as Airbnb - and the way they are being privileged over long-term housing. Our innovative approach to Parisian tourism is designed to support the access to outside experiences in the actual streets, cafés and local or gourmet restaurants of the city.
