Certification

Once your organisation is compliant with our policies, it will be able to receive our certification “Equalingua”. This will enable future and current employees, investors, and the public to have the guarantee that your organisation works actively to become more inclusive towards women. Indeed, to be part of our community, a company has to apply by itself. The percentage of documents going through our Equalingua Assistant (see tab ‘Equalingua Assistant’) can be displayed on the website of the organisation (e.g. 60% of this company’s documents went through the language corrector - Equalingua Assistant).

The certification is the proof that the company:

• has reached the threshold of 95% of its documents going through our Equalinga Assistant.

Equalingua is targeting private entities (especially the HR department and their hiring practices) and public entities such as governmental bodies and academic institutes of language (e.g. Académie française).
