The job market has structurally changed and our educational model seems less and less adapted. Seara wants to tackle the future of education by creating The Naturethon, a one and a half day experience where we welcome classes from three different school districts to solve a unique challenge.
Seara Education’s goal when creating the Naturethon is to foster cross-functional thinking by fundamentally changing kid’s and teacher’s mindset. We want kids to thrive in challenging and diversified situations by allowing them to develop the skills to position themselves at the cross-road of various environments, jobs or competencies.
